Warranty and Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with our MaxHealthUSA liquid nutrition products on your first order of an 32 oz. bottle, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price of your product. To receive this refund, you must make your request and return the unused product within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Covers only MaxHealthUSA ProVitaPlus, EnerB Power & Ultra BodyGuard liquid nutrition products on your first order of an 32 oz. bottle. Therefore, please know our products before you commit to another purchase.

Requires that your request be made within 30 days of your purchase and that you return the unused portion of your order.

Does not apply to any other supplement products and accessories.

Does not cover the cost of shipping.


Returns

We accept returns of New Products with factory defects and items that are clearly misrepresented in our listings.

Return your product(s)for refund or replacement, please kindly contact our customer service for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA.

No refund or replacement if returned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically or inflicted damaged by users.

To return your product(s) for refund, your request must be made via email within 7 days at the end of auction. If request is received after 7 days of auction end, return will be eligible for replacement or merchandise credit only.

If the products are tested to be non-defective, they are not eligible for any refund. Such items will be returned to you and you need to pay for the return postage.

ANY items damaged during transit are not eligible for a refund (file a claim with the carrier). If package is lost in transit and it is not insured, buyer is responsible for the loss.

MaxHealthUSA may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

When you need to return any items to MaxHealthUSA, please email our customer service for valid RMA number and return address.
Print the RMA number on the return package with red ink.

Items must be returned within 7 days after the RMA number is issued. Insured package with tracking numbers is strongly recommended.

You can contact us via email for the status of the returned item(s).
